Hoya ‘Krimson Queen’ Pacaya 6"
Hoya ‘Krimson Queen’ is a variegated wax plant with thick, glossy leaves edged in creamy white and often tinged pink. Slow to establish but long-lived and rewarding, it trails gracefully and can bloom clusters of fragrant, star-shaped flowers in the right conditions. A timeless plant that pairs beautifully with bold pottery.
Styled in a 6” Pacaya ceramic pot (white exterior with terracotta rainbow arches, terracotta interior) with drainage. Rooted in our breathable, well-draining Androots soil blend — no repotting necessary.
Care Instructions
Light: Bright, indirect light preferred to maintain strong variegation. Can adapt to medium light but growth will be slower.
Water: Allow soil to dry out between waterings. Hoyas prefer to stay slightly on the dry side.
Humidity: Average household humidity is fine, but thrives with moderate to high humidity.
Soil: Requires excellent drainage — our mix includes potting soil, orchid bark, charcoal, and perlite.
Temperature: Prefers 65–85°F. Protect from cold drafts.
Growth Tips: Naturally a trailer or climber. Rotate for even growth. With age and strong light, it may bloom with clusters of pink-white flowers.
